Hi,

I am a professional photographer and I am looking for a NAS to back up my photos and documents.

I'm just not sure about which would be best for me.

I have had suggestions by a few other photographers including QNAP and Synology, but I am just wondering about other brands such as WD or even Buffalo.
For your photography backup needs, considering the DS423+ from Synology would be a wise choice. This NAS offers robust performance and reliability, making it suitable for professional photographers like yourself. With its Intel Celeron J4125 processor and 4 drive bays, the DS423+ provides ample storage capacity and processing power to handle your photo library efficiently. Additionally, Synology's DiskStation Manager (DSM) software provides user-friendly backup solutions and advanced security features to ensure your data remains protected. With your budget of £800, the DS423+ fits well, leaving room for additional storage drives if needed in the future. It's a solid investment for your small business and photography needs.
