Im searching for a good and stable 5g router to my home, mainly going to game on it and stream movies. I have 5g tower not so long away. I can spot it from my window. Max 1-2km away.

I cant get fiber so its up to 5g. I would happely pay for a Teltonika rutx50 but Im not sure if its the best choise? It has many features i wont even use. Looked at mikrotik routers aswell but read the support was horrible. I dont know if its true or not but they have some great prices.

Anyway. Could you point me in the right direction?

Best regards.

Timmy
For your needs, the Teltonika RUTX50 could indeed be a solid choice, offering a robust set of features suitable for both home and small business use. However, if you find that it has more features than you require and you're concerned about the price, you might want to consider other options as well. While MikroTik routers do offer competitive prices, it's essential to ensure that the model you choose meets your specific requirements and offers adequate support. Alternatively, you could explore other reputable brands such as ASUS, TP-Link, or Netgear, which offer a range of 5G routers tailored to gaming and streaming needs. Make sure to check for features like MU-MIMO technology, quality of service (QoS) settings, and compatibility with your gaming and streaming devices.
