I have a question, if I put in the Synology DS923+ with a 10GBe LAN connection: Variant A: 4x HDD + m.2 NVME SSD as cache or Variant B: 4x SATA SSD

Would be a big difference, or practically none between them in term of speed down/up, bottleneck? Smile There is no need for specific numbers, only roughly.

I know and It is clear to me that the price-to-storage ratio is absolutely clear for hdd, as well as noise, but I am more interested in comparing download/upload or bottleneck performance of both variants.
